We will:

• Support around your health and wellbeing and build your confidence to move into work when you're ready.
• Help you find work placements, training courses and volunteering opportunities.
• Connect you with wider council employment and skills programmes if you want to learn new skills or train for a different career.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring and career advice support during your job search.
• Help you create or update your CV.
• Support you with application forms and interview preparation.
• Explore apprenticeship opportunities - train and study at the same.
• Access our Pre apprenticeship programme - A free programme for 16-18-year-olds interested in a career in construction or a trade. You'll learn hands-on skills, get real work experience, and receive support to move into an apprenticeship. To get employment and training support, you must be:

• Aged 16-65
• A British citizen or have the right to work in the UK
