New Resources and Waste Strategy takes shape

Last year we invited residents to share their views on waste and recycling in the borough. Over 7000 residents took part in the engagement helping to inform how recycling and waste could be dealt with across Kirklees.

Infection rates still rising in line with rest of country

Kirklees’ Covid-19 infection rate has increased by 24 per cent over the last week in line with a trend being seen across the country. Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, but we’re still encouraging people to be kind and do all you can to keep each other safe, particularly those who are vulnerable. With 451 people per 100,000 in Kirklees testing
