Homes and Neighbourhoods manages around 21,000 council homes across Kirklees. This page gives a summary of who our tenants are. We publish this so tenants and communities can see that our services are shaped by the people who actually live in our homes.

Figures are drawn from our tenancy records. Some categories show a "not recorded" figure - these are households where information is not currently held. We’re working to improve our records, because better data helps us design services that meet tenants’ needs.
