How to check the survey is genuine

This is a real survey from the council. We have asked [PARTNER], an independent research company, to carry it out for us.

We will never ask you for:

  • your bank or card details
  • your National Insurance number
  • any payment

Calls and texts about the survey will only come from [PARTNER NUMBER].

Why we are running the survey

The information we hold about you shapes the services we offer. For some tenants, that information has not been updated in years. This survey helps us put that right.

With up-to-date records, we can:

  • plan the right repairs and adaptations for your home
  • make sure our services are easy for you to use
  • contact you in the format and language that suit you
  • meet our duties to the Regulator of Social Housing

What the survey covers

About 10 minutes of questions, covering:

  • who lives in your home
  • how you prefer us to contact you
  • any adjustments or support you need
  • a few questions about you, to help us understand who lives in our homes

Every question has a "prefer not to say" option. You choose what to share.

What we will not ask for

We will not ask for:

  • your bank or payment details
  • your National Insurance number
  • anything that affects your tenancy, rent or benefits

Taking part will not change your rent, your tenancy or your benefits.

How we use your answers
