If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment

Textphone users add 18001 before the number you are calling (including area code). For example, to call our repairs service: 18001 01484 414800.

A Relay Assistant automatically joins the conversation and provides a link between the textphone user and the hearing person. Relay Assistants understand the needs of deaf and speech-impaired people and provide a discreet and confidential service.
