Communal door upgrades - Upper Barker Street

Tackling Anti-social behaviour on our estates

We're working with partners to reduce anti-social behaviour and improve safety in the area.

Waste management, communal bins and fly-tipping - Upper Barker Street

We're working with partners and residents to tackle fly-tipping and improve waste management.

Communal green space, waste and fire - Stubley estate

We're working to make sure shared areas are clean, safe and well maintained.

  • Resident engagement on waste disposal and how to use the council's bulky waste collection - Autumn 2026.
  • Protect the greenspace, considering options to restrict access to the land - Autumn 2026.

Estate inspections

Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
