• Explore improvements to outdoor spaces to help prevent fly-tipping

We're working to improve shared spaces that are not covered by regular maintenance contracts.

• Identify areas needing improvement through inspections and resident feedback.
• Carrying out environmental improvements, including winter works, clearance and maintenance.

Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
