• Explore improvements to outdoor spaces to help prevent fly-tipping

We're working to improve shared spaces that are not covered by regular maintenance contracts.

• Identify areas needing improvement through inspections and resident feedback.
• Deliver environmental improvements in priority locations.

We're working closely with local TRAs to improve communication and involvement.

• Invite TRAs to attend estate inspections - Quarterly.
• Share inspection reports and updates with TRAs.

Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
