What we're working on
Listening to residents and improving services
We're working with residents and partners to better understand your views and shape services around what matters most to you.
- Introducing QR codes to collect feedback after visits - From March 2026.
- Complete local surveys to gather tenants' thoughts about their estate and what matters to them — Quarterly throughout 2026.
Improving gardens and estate appearance
We're working to improve the look of the estate and reduce waste in gardens.
- Carry out estate inspections and gather feedback to identify and address areas with untidy and waste in gardens - By September 2026.
- Supporting residents to maintain their gardens and monitor improvements.
Improving communal cleaning standards
We're working to make sure shared areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
- Carrying out regular checks on communal cleaning.
- Using estate visits to identify and report issues - Quarterly throughout 2026.
- Working with cleaning teams to resolve problems quickly.
Estate inspections
Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
