What we're working on
Reducing waste and fly-tipping - Shaw Cross estate
We're working with residents to tackle waste being left in gardens on the Shaw Cross estate.

Tackling anti-social behaviour on our estates
We're working with partners to reduce anti-social behaviour and improve safety in the area.
- We are holding a partnership Day of Action in Shawcross.
- Information leaflets on how to report ASB - Summer/Autumn 2026.
Engaging with Tenant and Resident Associations (TRA)
We're working to build stronger relationships with TRAs and ensure residents' voices are heard.
- Attend TRA meetings.
- Invite TRA's to estate inspections.
Reducing waste in H&N and private gardens - Chickenley
We're working with residents to tackle waste being left in gardens around Chickenley.
- Resident engagement on recycling and responsible waste removal.
Estate inspections
Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
