What we've done
Increase customer engagement to capture residents' voices
We completed local surveys to gather residents' thoughts about their estate and what matters to them.
- We received 2 responses to our survey - June 2026.
- There was a 50% overall satisfaction rate - June 2026.
What we're working on
Improve knowledge and links with Community Groups
We're working to build stronger relationships with TRAs and ensure residents' voices are heard.
- Attend Tenant and Resident Association (TRA) meetings.
- Promote TRA's at Neighbourhood Forums.
- Complete local surveys to gather residents' thoughts about their estate and what matters to them.

We want to complete more local surveys to gather residents' thoughts about their estate and what matters to them.
- From previous survey results, our top 3 priorities for improvement in Denby Dale are cleanliness and waste management, services, tackle anti-social behaviour whilst improving community safety and parks and green spaces - September 2026.
Estate inspections
Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
