What we're working on
Increase customer engagement to capture residents' voices
- Complete local surveys to gather residents' thoughts about their estate and what matters to them.
Improve the appearance of the estate and reduce waste in gardens
We're working to improve waste management and keep gardens clean and tidy.
- Estate inspections to gather feedback and tackle untidy areas and waste in gardens.
- Support residents to maintain their gardens and monitor improvements.
Share more information on Community Groups
- Identify local community groups and initiatives such as gardening clubs, religious groups, hobby groups, recipe clubs and coffee mornings.
- Communicate with the groups and support or attend when needed.
- Attend Tenant and Resident Associations meetings.
- Promote Community Groups and TRA's at Neighbourhood Forums.
Estate inspections
Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
