Batley West estate action plan

We're working with the police and other services to deal with ASB on Manor Way, where there have been issues with groups of youths causing intimidation.

New roofs are being fitted to the blocks on Cross Bank in 2026. We're keeping residents informed and supporting anyone who needs extra help during the works.

Drying areas and communal spaces on Cross Bank were cleared and tidied by the Caretaking Team - January 2026.

Your Housing Officers carry out estate inspections at least every three months to check for repairs, fly-tipping, broken lights and grounds maintenance issues.
