Coronavirus (COVID-19)
When emailing the Licensing service, due to the current COVID-19 situation we are experiencing an increase in enquiries.
Whilst our aim is to respond back to you within 10 working days, please note that it may take longer.
- for all private hire and hackney carriage enquiries, we process applications according to the expiry dates, this may mean that you will receive contact from us closer to the time of the expiry (unless you require a DBS).
- for all Licensing Act and Gambling Act enquiries, we will contact you for payment within the timeframe permitted under legislation.
- If your email is a complaint relating to Safeguarding issues, this will be allocated to an officer and you will be contacted within 48 hours.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
