- The number of stalls must not exceed 70
To qualify to hold a car boot sale you must be either:
- A registered charity (supplying the charity's registration number)
- Be holding the event in aid of a good cause e.g. sporting clubs, educational groups, hospitals/hospices or religious groups
- Commercial activities
