To hold a craft fair or a car boot sale within the Kirklees area you need to obtain consent from Kirklees Council
How to apply
Download the form and send it to us with your payment.
- The number of stalls must not exceed 70.
To qualify to hold a car boot sale you must be either:
- A registered charity (supplying the charity's registration number).
- Be holding the event in aid of a good cause e.g. sporting clubs, educational groups, hospitals/hospices or religious groups.
- Commercial activities.
