Clock Completing this form for a smaller event takes around 20-30 minutes. Completing this form for a larger and more complex event takes up to 1 hour.

Paperclip The person completing this form should be aware of the basic event details and the activities it will include. It would be beneficial if their events plan was available (as a minimum) for upload where requested. However, any uploads requested can be made via email and on request from a service directly at a later date. Please ensure that you have also read the Plan an outdoor event guidance.
