Apply to book an outdoor event space

Clock Completing this form for a smaller event takes around 20-30 minutes. Completing this form for a larger and more complex event takes up to 1 hour.

It is recommended that you login to use the form with your My Kirklees Account, you may set one up if you do not have one. However, you do not need a My Kirklees Account to apply using this system, you can apply as a guest. Logging in via a My Kirklees Account allows you to save your progress at any point and come back to complete later. Applying as a guest does not allow you to save the form at any point and after around 20 minutes of inactivity the form will close, and you will be required to start a new application. For those with a Kirklees Council email address wishing to use the portal, you cannot register for the system using your council email address. To use the My Kirklees account login for the system you must register with a non-council email address. If you cannot use a non-council email address, you will need to apply via the guest method (please note the warnings above around inability to save progress via this method).

Paperclip The person completing this form should be aware of the basic event details and the activities it will include. It would be beneficial if their events plan was available (as a minimum) for upload where requested. However, any uploads requested can be made via email and on request from a service directly at a later date. Please ensure that you have also read the Plan an outdoor event guidance.
