St Peter's Gardens

We've improved St. Peter's Gardens, sitting next to the St. Peter's Church in the town centre, and created a new, improved outdoor space just round the corner from other blueprint projects like the new market, Kingsgate and Our Cultural Heart.

A big feature of the work is a new space at the heart of the gardens which is perfect for hosting outdoor events like markets and live music.

We've also created better, wider footpaths, planted more trees and added parking for cyclists.

This work was completed in partnership with the Parish Church , a registered charity.
