Savoy Square

Savoy Square could be transformed into a beautiful outdoor space, with a natural amphitheatre created by a small green mound separating the space from Bradford Road. By shaping the land like this, we want to make the space feel separate from the busy road and reduce noise, so people can relax and socialise here and enjoy the area more.

The better public square could create lots of new possibilities for the town centre, with space for games or deckchairs in the cinema, and opportunities for events like outdoor cinema, theatre or live music.
