Kingsgate

To support our surrounding blueprint plans, we've helped Kingsgate create a brand-new space that would transform the shopping centre into an eclectic leisure centre at the heart of Huddersfield.

As a result, The Light have opened a new three-storey entertainment centre in the heart of Huddersfield - featuring a six-screen cinema, an arcade, a state-of-the-art bowling alley, laser tag and more.

Funding

This development was funded by the council's Property Investment Fund, with the loan to be repaid in full by W. D. Kingsgate.
