We are a small but passionate team of individuals at Kirklees Council who had the vision to create this new and innovative approach to recruitment within the care sector. We saw the barriers people faced in trying to get into the care sector despite the high vacancy levels and we wanted to make a difference. We wanted to support people by understanding and appreciating their needs and helping them find jobs efficiently and effectively.
Since April 2017 we have supported over 3000 local people to get roles in the local care sector and in 2019, we were honoured to win a Guardian Public Service Award for HR and Recruitment which recognised the outstanding achievements we have made.
Our services and offer continue to grow, and we will always have the needs of our customers at the centre of everything we do.
