Mirfield Educational Charity grants

Grants are available for individuals or organisations on behalf of individuals.

• The individuals must live or operate in the area of the former Mirfield Urban District Council or have a parent or parents resident in that area.
• They are to be used in advancing either generally or individually the education (including social or physical training) of persons under the age of 25 years.
• Trustees meet three times a year in February, May and October.

Grants are available for individuals.

• The individual must live in the area of the former County Borough of Dewsbury or have a parent or parents resident in that area.
• They are to be used in promoting the education (including social or physical training) of persons under the age of 25 years.
• Trustees meet twice a year in February and November.

If you qualify for a grant, then your application will be formally considered at the next meeting of the Corporate Trustee, and you will be informed of the outcome following that meeting being held (normally bi-monthly).
