District Elections 2024: No overall control for Kirklees Council

The results of the local elections in Kirklees, held on 2 May 2024, mean that the council is now in no overall control. No political party holds a majority of seats. The results leave each party grouping with the following number of seats: Labour: 31 (-4) Conservative: 15 (-3) Liberal Democrats: 10 (+2) Green: 4 (+1) Kirklees Community Independents Group:
