Mirfield

Situated in Ings Grove Park on Huddersfield Road approaching the town from a western direction.

Limestone with a tall column on a square base with the names of the fallen in both World Wars at the rear of the monument, set in a red bricked walled area comprising of eight plaques. The three left and right plaques refer to World War I and the two centre plaques to World War II.

The periods commemorated are 1914-1919 and 1939-1945.

Inscriptions
