Our apologies, the Tolson Transport Gallery is temporarily closed.

This sadly means the route to the access door is unavailable and we cannot currently offer step free access to the Museum.

Please accept our apologies, we hope to resolve this soon.

A vivid and intriguing picture of Huddersfield and its people, from pre-history to present day, revealed through unique collections. From Roman finds to textiles, birds to transport, Tolson is a treasure house of the fascinating, the curious and the amazing. See curious vehicles from the past, learn about 'the town that bought itself' and view our First World War and Suffragist exhibitions.

Set in Ravensknowle Park with a playground, gift shop and refreshments.

Entry is free.
