About the site
Paddock School Play Area is located within Paddock Junior and Infant School's grounds and is within the Greenhead Ward of Kirklees. Together with Ward Councillors, we selected this site for redevelopment as the play area requires an update and modernising.

Project overview
Together with Ward Councillors we have created a new design to upgrade the current play area. With a combination of installing new equipment and refurbishing some existing pieces we are proposing to sustainably make the following improvements:
Improvements include-:
- Retaining and refurbishing existing equipment that is in good condition
- New safety surface throughout
- New somersault bars
- New curlicue rotator
- New nexus climbing poles
- Mesh to be added to existing fencing to prevent unauthorized access
