Help with overdue Council Tax
If you have missed a Council Tax payment and want to catch up, you can pay online using your debit or credit card to make a payment.
If you've received a Council Tax bill or a letter saying that your payment is overdue, and you'd like to spread the cost, you can fill in the form below to ask for a payment plan.
How to make a Council Tax payment arrangement

- To complete this form you will need your Council Tax account number, your bank details and your outstanding balance.
- Any arrangement must be finished by 31 March, so the form won't offer options that go beyond that date.
- Once you've filled in the form, we'll look at your request. You'll then get an updated bill showing your new payment plan. If you chose to get your bills by email, we'll send them to you that way.

If you've received a summons for non-payment of Council Tax and are happy to accept the payment arrangement shown on the letter, you don't need to contact us.
