Just a Nudge
What is 'Just a Nudge'?
Just a Nudge is about inspiring others to move more often. Just 10 minutes a day of physical activity has a positive impact on your health and wellbeing. The Chief Medical Officer has indicated it has a role to play in preventing many health conditions such as cancer, heart disease and dementia.
In this interactive workshop we will cover the benefits of being active including physical, social, emotional and mental health benefits.
We will also consider ways in which we can put this message across to inactive people to influence positive behaviour change.
