Project overview

The new design includes:

  • Refurbishment of existing equipment

Next steps

Through the Wood Street consultation, residents highlighted the need for improved and expanded play provision, including upgraded equipment, better maintenance, and facilities suitable for a wider age range.

In response, we have developed proposals to enhance the existing play area and explore opportunities to extend play provision across the site. This includes the addition of a cantilever swing to better cater for a broader range of ages, directly reflecting the feedback received.
