What the Childcare Brokerage Service does
- We will contact providers on your behalf and do our best to help you find suitable childcare and/or an early learning place.
- We are not able to recommend particular providers but will inform you what is currently available so you can decide which childcare providers will best meet your family's needs.
- This is a free service for all parents and carers who feel they need additional help.
- During busy periods we prioritise cases based on the date of receipt.
