Thanks to everyone that took part in the pulse survey - 1750 employees shared their views this time.

80% of you feel included and part of your team

You can view the overall results to this survey by clicking the link on the right of this page.

What difference did the work make?

So far, findings from the Pulse survey are being used in a guide for managers on what New Council means for their teams; results relating to people management and culture have been used in a session with senior managers, and relevant results are feeding into our inclusivity and diversity hub.

We are carrying out further analysis, looking at how results differ between different groups of employees and over time.
