If your assessment shows that you need support, Kirklees Council will give you a personal budget.
A personal budget can be:
- Money given to you (direct payment).
- Services (paid for or provided by the council).
- A mixture of both.
The support that you need will be written down in your support plan. Your personal budget can only be used for the things that are written in your support plan.
