Just a nudge is about inspiring others to move more often. Just 10 minutes a day of physical activity has a positive impact on your health and wellbeing and has a role to play in preventing many health conditions such as cancer, heart disease and dementia (Chief Medical Officer).

In this interactive workshop we will cover the benefits of being active including physical, social, emotional and mental health benefits.
