- Situated adjacent to Liversedge Parish Church in the grassed area at the bottom side of the Church grounds The entrance to the Church and grounds is off Knowler Hill, Liversedge, Nr Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire
- The period commemorated is 1914 – 1918. The Memorial has a square base with a wooden cross standing approximately 10’ – 12’ in height
