Carers Count Survey

What we're doing

We want to hear from adults who are caring for a loved one in Kirklees. We want to find out how we can make our Carers Count service even better and for people to tell us what works well and what doesn't. We also want to hear from people who haven't had support from Carers Count so that we can make sure as many people know about the service as possible.
