What happened?

Thank you to everyone that took part in this staff survey - we achieved a 28% response rate, with over 1200 employees sharing their views.

This set of results generally builds on some positive trends coming out of the last survey in October 2016. Overall, staff have told us they're feeling happier in their jobs, and that Kirklees Council is becoming a better place to work. They are more encouraged to be involved in shaping the way we do things here, and uncertainly about the future is becoming less of an issue than before.
