Affordable Housing & Housing Mix Supplementary Planning Document

What we're doing

The draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) provides guidance on the implementation of the Kirklees Local Plan Housing Mix and Affordable Housing Policy (LP11) which seeks to ensure provision of affordable housing in new housing developments and ensure that the housing mix meets local needs. The consultation will run from 12pm 20th September 2022 - 5pm 1st November 2022
