Department for Transport - Taxi Policy Consultation

What we're doing

Following the publication of the Statutory Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle Standards from the Department of Transport (DfT), Kirklees Council Licensing department is proposing to make some changes to its Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy. The proposed changes are now out for consultation and comments are invited. The consultation period begins on Tuesday 14th September 2021 and will run until Monday 31st January 2022.
