Community Led Outcome Based Accountability (CLOBA)

What we're doing

Kirklees Community Hubs are clusters of schools working together with partners and communities to coproduce activities and opportunities for the benefit of children, families and the wider community. The focus of a Hub's work is developed through findings from the CLOBA processes, the insights of professionals and other data. Solutions are built on community assets - the knowledge, skills, time of people living and working in the area as well as making the most of the physical assets - land, buildings etc

The approach has been piloted by a number of Kirklees Community Hubs. It's expected over time that the process will move away from stand-alone pieces of work, towards an ongoing
