The FINE team can offer nutrition literacy training and workshops to professionals, paid staff and/or volunteers working frontline with individuals, groups or communities to improve dietary outcomes across Kirklees. Much of the training is available free however there may be a small charge to the ‘for-profit’ sector (nurseries/residential care homes etc if large staff numbers).

The team's key areas of work over the next 12 months are around under 5's nutrition (including good weaning practice) and maximising good nutrition and hydration in older peoples residential care settings.

The team are also able to offer good nutrition in pregnancy sessions.

All training sessions are bespoke and can be tailored to suit your individual team, organisation or business needs. They are also offered at a mutually convenient date and time and at your own venue/premises and are usually around 3 hours duration.

Evenings and weekends are available (subject to availability) but must be booked/agreed at least 4 weeks in advance
