Forgotten your PIN?

Click on Forgot My PIN
Enter your Library Card Number
Click on Submit
Follow the instructions on the e-mail you will receive. Please check your junk mail folder.

Trouble logging in?

If you are having trouble logging in or need to add your email address to your library account contact:frontline.services@kirklees.gov.uk with your library card number. Please note this is not an automated service and replies will be sent during officer hours.

Privilege Expiring

If you log onto your account and have a message that your Privilege is expiring, please contact your local library, who will update your account. Every 3 years we check that the personal information on your account is up to date and that we are not holding any data we shouldn't be.
