Integrated impact assessments
Kirklees Council assesses the impact of proposed changes to services, policies and decisions using Integrated Impact Assessments (IIAs). Each IIA considers equality impact, covering the nine protective characteristics set out in the Equality Act 2010, plus environmental impact and the effects on low earners and unpaid carers.
