Work placements

If you're looking for a rewarding work placement and want to develop your skills and explore a work place environment, then work experience at Kirklees Council could be just for you.

The council offers hundreds of services to the residents of Kirklees so we have a large variety of placements.

How to apply

To apply for a placement you must fill out an application form:

• School and college work placement application form
• University placement application form
• Generic application form

You must send your application at least 8 weeks before your placement will take place for it to be considered, but the more notice the better.
