Service Description:
We are a small service with a major impact! We work with the mainstream Council Services, public sector partners (e.g. Health) and the private sector on new initiatives to achieve service improvements; promote efficiency savings through best practice procurement, and purse the development of major regeneration projects. Our work captures substantial additional public resources and private investment.
Procurement and Partnerships Unit
Corporate procurement and advice to services, implementation of new Procurement Strategy, e-procurement, procurement efficiency savings to meet the Gershon agenda and the development of often complex, major service improvement initiatives (including PPPs and strategic service partnerships).
Project Development Unit
A new unit delivering major regeneration projects and elements of the regeneration capital plan. |
