This Council Performance Plan (CPP) highlights Kirklees Council's corporate priorities and says what we will do this
year. It is also an annual report, setting out what we did in 2007/8.
The CPP was approved by councillors at Full Council on 25 June 2008.
As well as offering information to the public, our Council Performance Plan is an important performance management
tool for helping to identify and improve performance.
Councils throughout the country have been required to produce performance plans under Best Value legislation.
