This Council Performance Plan (CPP) highlights Kirklees Council's improvement priorities for the year and contains
detailed performance information across the many different services provided by the council. Through this document
Kirklees Council's performance can be compared over time. The CPP was approved by Members at Full Council on 28 June
2006.
Councils throughout the country have to produce Performance Plans under Best Value legislation. As well as offering
information to the public, our Council Performance Plan is an important management tool for helping to identify and
improve performance.
