Council Performance Plan 2005/2006 This Council Performance Plan highlights Kirklees Council's improvement priorities for the year and contains detailed performance information across the many different services provided by the Council. Through this document Kirklees Council's performance can be compared over time. The Plan also contains accounts of internal and external assessments, including Elected Member Scrutiny reviews and the Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA). The CPP is subject to formal approval by Members at Full Council on 20 July 2005.

Councils throughout the country have to produce Performance Plans under Best Value legislation. As well as offering information to the public, our Council Performance Plan is an important management tool for helping to improve performance.
