The plan is a 3 year plan and this version has been revised to illustrate our achievements of the last year and our revised priorities for 2012-13.
The plan sets out what the council plans to achieve, how it will deliver this and how resources will be allocated to ensure we are effective and provide value for money. It informs the production of service delivery plans and team plans.
The council's 2010/11 Annual Performance Report evidences some of our main achievements against our stated
priorities and highlights the improvement our wide range of services continue to make in a very challenging
financial environment. It also outlines how the council's finances are allocated and managed. The report concludes by
stating the council's priorities for 2011/12.
