Performance Indicator Quarterly Monitoring

Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs) are set by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to give an impression of how councils perform in various areas. Additionally, each council has a Local Public Service Agreement (LPSA) which focuses on local priorities.

In order to monitor progression during the financial year, the Corporate Performance team produces a set of tables showing performance (or estimated performance) at the end of every three-month period, along with an estimate of how we think we will be performing at the end of the financial year. This information is set out in the tables linked to below.
