Guide to re-using council information

This page does not attempt to provide you with a final answer on whether you require permission for your proposed re-use of council information. Instead it aims to help you identify some of the important issues. Please remember that any re-use of council information requires you to follow both the current law on Intellectual Property Rights and any terms and conditions that the Council has defined for a particular type of re-use.

Do you have the document OR is the document publicly available? (If you have to make a Freedom of Information request to obtain it then it is not publicly available) No
