Please fill in the details below if you would like to invite the Mayor to your event. The mayoral office will reply as soon as possible.

The Mayor welcomes invitations to attend events held by local organisations but because of demand it may not be possible to attend every event to which the Mayor is invited. If the Mayor is able to accept your invitation you will be asked to complete a more detailed 'mayoral engagement form'.

Please note that, in view of the Mayor's busy schedule, it is essential that each invitation is submitted to the Mayor's Office at least three weeks before the date of the event.
